'Never lose your serenity, never neglect your needs.'
Don’t you hear many people disenchanted at work? Not finding magic in their lives?
This is to me an insult to what ‘work’ could and should be for all if we connect to the flow of life. I believe people would rather contribute and consequently ‘perform’ if they could find the right context to express their uniqueness.
Existing is a fact, living is an art!
We are all engaged in a never ending quest so well summarized by Clare Graves:
“At each stage of human existence the adult man is off on his quest of his holy grail, the way of life he seeks by which to live. As he sets off on each quest, he believes he will find the answer to his existence. Yet, much to his surprise and much to his dismay, he finds at every stage that the solution to existence is not the solution he has come to find. Every stage he reaches leaves him disconcerted and perplexed. It is simply that as he solves one set of human problems he finds a new set in their place. The quest he finds is never ending.”
My personal quote: never lose your serenity, never neglect your needs.
And my favorite quote reads: ‘be the change you want to see in the world’ by Gandhi
One reason why I like working in Krauthammer is my obsession for the ultimate ‘so what’ test to make sure that business people will be able to activate learning’s in their context.
As a colleague I'm known for bonding people, being a reliable deliverer and a pragmatic explorer.
I’m passionate about exploring sideways in personal development and bringing back the essence in the business world to those who don’t feel secure going there.
My vision is to reconcile prosperity & harmony, efficiency & grace.
My nationality: French (born in Strasburg with a Grand Mother twice German and twice French in her life time)
My seniority: Managing partner, 25 years in consulting / coaching / training
Language skills: French, English – conversational in German
My expertise within Krauthammer is executive teams synergy facilitation and coaching, new generation programs with experiential learning, contextualized designs and training pilot groups, beauty contest presentations for big deals, lot of K-connections worldwide, managing teams and projects internally.
The project I’m most proud of is the initiative symbolized with the program ‘connected inspiration, leadership from within’. It reflects what I designed for my life, blending know-how, show-how and be-how.
My dream project is to turn the Krauthammer incubator into a touchstone for new working places: realistic prosperity and space for enchantment with people seeing the flow of (business) life.
5 years from now…where do I see myself? A year ago I would have said ‘expert in the field of experiential learning’ but as life flows, events happened needing more operational focus at Krauthammer that required some temporary recalibration… A book around ‘leadership from within’ might be there in 5 years.
