Small groups: In order to ensure proper conditions for your individual development we have at least one consultant per eight participants. For groups bigger than eight we deliver this training with two consultants of which the nationality is strategically defined.
Role plays and practical exercises: our teaching method stimulates your self-knowledge, promotes awareness and leads to long-term behavioural change.
Feedback: at the beginning of the day, you present your feedback based on the new insights acquired. The successes and/or difficulties are then analysed and commented upon, and the learning points transformed into a new action plan. The training day continues with new modules, according to the same process.
The "blended" approach: before, during and after the training programme, your will be asked to continue your learning process online.
